  13.     TITLE  :  WORD WRAPPING A FIELD IN PARADOX TABULAR REPORTS.

  18.   In order to word wrap a field within a Paradox tabular report,
  19.   you must perform the following steps.  We are assuming that you
  20.   are currently in the report specifications, for the existing
  21.   report you wish to alter.

  23.      1.  Reformat the field to the maximum size you want the first
  24.          line of that field to be.
  25.  
  26.      2.  Select [F10] FIELD/WORDWRAP and press [ENTER].

  28.      3.  Enter the number of lines you wish the field to wrap onto.
  29.  
  30.      4.  Insert blank lines below the word wrapped field.  For
  31.          example, if the field is wrapped to two lines, insert two
  32.          blank lines below the word wrapped field.

  34.      5.  Repeat steps 2-4 for all the fields you want to word wrap.

  36.      6.  If your report is a tabular report, then complete steps 8
  37.          and 9.

  39.      7.  Delete the "-" characters below the field name in your
  40.          TABLEBAND to the character position you have reformatted
  41.          your field to.
  42.  
  43.      8.  Reduce your COLUMNSIZE in the TABLEBAND to the same size
  44.          as your reformatted field.

  46.      9.  Delete the extra page widths that you do not need by using
  47.          SETTING/PAGELAYOUT/DELETE (if the screen indicates 1/4 in
  48.          the upper right corner, you have 4 page widths, you should
  49.          delete the page widths until the screen reads 1/1).
